Pad Daddy was started earlier in 2022 after coming up with a number of designs I wanted to bring to life. I'm an avid gamer and am always looking for something unqiue or cool to add to my set-up. As of December we received our designs after much trial and error and have begun selling.

We wanted Pad Daddy to offer next day UK delivery and fast international
shipping, to do so we need the stock to be ready in the UK. I wasn't
able to get attractive pricing bringing in fewer quantities of our
multiple designs.

We have just started offering print on demand services with a partner. Please look below for a more in depth explanation.

Whilst we hold stock in the UK and are ready to ship these products out as a small business it is hard to keep all our great designs printed and ready to be shipped out at a moments notice.

By offering print on demand services we can offer more variety. The print on demand items are clearly marked and you are given an estimated time of arrival on the product page.

Please note that we are unable to refund the print on demand products due to buyers remorse, we will only be able to refund if there is a defect with the product.

900x400x4mm
90x40x0.4cm
35.4x 15.7x0.15inch

Many cheaper pads are 2-3mm so having 4mm pads makes a massive difference in
the weight and feel of the pad. It's also more comfortable for your wrist.

International buyers should be aware of their countries guidelines when importing products - it is possible your order will incur fees.

Not paying the fees can lead to destruction of the item or it will be returned to Pad Daddy after a period of time depending on the recieving country.

Please note we will be unable to offer a refund if we have not received the product from customs.

Our shipping providor (Evri) quotes 2-3 working days for UK deliveries and 5+ working days for international orders. Generally international orders arrive within 14 working days but delays do happen due to air freight issues, customs checks and Brexit. It is not unusual for packages to take longer due to the issues above. If the package has taken longer than expected please get in contact.

Yes, the mousepads are able to be cleaned but care must be taken as harsh cleaning chemicals can ruin the finish of the pad.

The best method is to lay the pad flat under a tap (bath, sink and showers work too).

Soak the pad with some warm water and squirt a small amount of disk soap such as Dawn, Fairy etc and gently rub into the pad, you can use an old tooth brush, microfibre cloth or soft side of a sponge.

Rinse the pad well and lay flat to airdry - it's important to lay flat as wrinkles can form.

A washing machine/ tumble dryer can be used but it is not recommended as the heat may cause issues with the bonding. If this is the only method available please use on the lowest heat settings.
