Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return request has been made, you then have 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, the pads must be clean and unblemished with its original bag.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@paddaddy.gg. You’ll need to provide your order number and confirm your details before proceeding.

Return postage is paid for by the buyer.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Return postage is paid via buyer as above.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Print on demand products
Please note we are unable to offer refunds for these products as they are printed to order. We will be unable to accept refund requests due to buyers remorse. The only situation where a refund will be given is where there is an error in the printing process or if the product arrives damaged.

Refused Delivery
If delivery is refused for any reason then we will be unable to refund you until the product has been returned. The cost of shipping the item will be deducted from the total refund.
